Why This Investment Makes Sense

Compare to $50,000+ for a booth at major education conferences. At AI Convergence, you engage directly with 40-50 institutional decision-makers in a collaborative, trust-building environment—not a vendor hall. The technology partners who thrive here approach it as customer discovery, not lead generation.

Industry Expert Participation

Higher education doesn't exist in isolation. AI Convergence brings industry voices into our community—employers, workforce leaders, and practitioners who can speak honestly about how AI is reshaping the work our students will do and what institutions need to do to prepare them.

Industry experts participate as invited guests, not paying registrants. They join fireside conversations, working sessions, and evening gatherings—not as recruiters or sponsors, but as genuine partners in understanding what's changing.

Interested in Joining as an Industry Expert?

If you're an employer, workforce leader, or practitioner who can contribute honest perspective on AI's impact in your sector, we'd like to hear from you. Contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai to discuss participation, or visit our partner participation page to learn more.

Sponsored Access Fund

AI transformation shouldn't be limited to well-resourced institutions. The Sponsored Access Fund ensures that leaders from community colleges, minority-serving institutions, and under-resourced universities can participate fully.

How the Fund Works

A portion of every Enterprise Partner registration flows directly into the Sponsored Access Fund. These contributions subsidize registration fees for institutions that would otherwise be unable to attend.

Expanding Access Through Philanthropy

We are actively pursuing foundation support to expand the Sponsored Access Fund. Organizations focused on workforce readiness, educational equity, and institutional transformation share our commitment to ensuring AI leadership development isn't limited to well-resourced institutions.

If your organization is interested in supporting the Sponsored Access Fund, please contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai.

Applying for Support

If cost is a barrier to your institution's participation, we want to hear from you. There is no formal application—simply contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai to share your situation. We'll work with you to find a path to participation.

We believe the leaders who face the greatest resource constraints often bring the most valuable perspectives to this community.
