Technology partners participate as thought leaders and community members, not exhibitors. No booths, no sales pitches, no sponsored sessions.

|---|---|---|---|
| Emerging Partner | Early-stage EdTech startups (under $10M revenue) | $3,000 | 1 attendee, full access |
| Established Partner | Growth-stage EdTech companies | $7,500 | 2 attendees, full access |
| Enterprise Partner | Major technology companies | $15,000 | 2 attendees, full access, founding partner recognition, nominate up to 2 scholarship recipients |
Compare to $50,000+ for a booth at major education conferences. At AI Convergence, you engage directly with 40-50 institutional decision-makers in a collaborative, trust-building environment—not a vendor hall. The technology partners who thrive here approach it as customer discovery, not lead generation.
Industry experts (employers, workforce leaders, practitioners) participate as invited guests. Contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai to discuss participation.
AI transformation shouldn't be limited to well-resourced institutions. The Sponsored Access Fund ensures that leaders from community colleges, minority-serving institutions, and under-resourced universities can participate fully.
A portion of every Enterprise Partner registration flows directly into the Sponsored Access Fund. These contributions subsidize registration fees for institutions that would otherwise be unable to attend.
We are actively pursuing foundation support to expand the Sponsored Access Fund. Organizations focused on workforce readiness, educational equity, and institutional transformation share our commitment to ensuring AI leadership development isn't limited to well-resourced institutions.
If your organization is interested in supporting the Sponsored Access Fund, please contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai.
If cost is a barrier to your institution's participation, we want to hear from you. There is no formal application—simply contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai to share your situation. We'll work with you to find a path to participation.
We believe the leaders who face the greatest resource constraints often bring the most valuable perspectives to this community.
Our inaugural convening is planned for June 21-23, 2026 at the Miami Herbert Business School. Complete the form below to register. We will contact you with more information soon.
