The Next Convening
AI Convergence Comes to Daytona Beach
AI Convergence will gather approximately 100 higher education leaders, implementation partners, technology partners, and invited industry experts at the Mori Hosseini Student Union at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, 610 Aerospace Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida.
The convening begins with a welcome gathering on Sunday evening, March 21, followed by two full working days on Monday and Tuesday, March 22–23. Participants will engage in candid peer dialogue, focused working sessions, and facilitated planning designed to produce a credible 90-day institutional action plan.
The partnership is led at Embry-Riddle by Dean Goon, Dean of Academic Innovation and a member of the AI Convergence Advisory Board, with planning support from Chris Pfeifer, Manager of Strategy and Operations.

Partnership Opportunities
Engage as a Community Partner
Technology partners participate as thought leaders and community members, not exhibitors, at AI Convergence, March 21–23, 2027, at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. There are no booths, sales pitches, or sponsored sessions. The value comes from candid dialogue with institutional leaders, shared learning, and trusted relationships.
| Partner Level | Designed For | Investment | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emerging Partner | Early-stage EdTech companies under $10M in revenue | $2,000 | One attendee with full access |
| Established Partner | Growth-stage EdTech companies | $5,000 | Two attendees with full access |
| Enterprise Partner | Major technology companies | $10,000 | Two attendees, full access, founding partner recognition, and the opportunity to nominate up to two Sponsored Access recipients |
| Additional Partner Attendee | Approved technology partners | $750 | One additional attendee with full access |
Technology partners apply first so every participating organization is aligned with the community's learning goals. Approved partners receive a private, secure Stripe payment link for their selected participation level. Additional-attendee registration is available only to confirmed partner organizations.
Why This Investment Matters
Partners engage directly with institutional decision-makers in a collaborative, trust-building environment—not a vendor hall. The organizations that thrive here approach the experience as customer discovery and reciprocal learning rather than lead generation.
A portion of every Enterprise Partner investment supports the Sponsored Access Fund, helping leaders from under-resourced institutions participate fully.

Industry Expert Participation
Higher education does not exist in isolation. AI Convergence brings employers, workforce leaders, researchers, and practitioners into the community to speak honestly about how AI is reshaping work, talent needs, and the capabilities graduates will need.
Industry experts participate as invited guests rather than paying registrants. They may contribute to fireside conversations, working sessions, and informal gatherings as genuine partners in understanding what is changing—not as recruiters or vendors.
Interested in Contributing an Industry Perspective?
If your organization can offer evidence, research, or an informed view of AI's impact on industry and talent development, contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai.
Sponsored Access Fund
AI transformation should not be limited to well-resourced institutions. The Sponsored Access Fund helps leaders from community colleges, minority-serving institutions, and under-resourced universities participate fully.
How the Fund Works
A portion of every Enterprise Partner investment flows directly into the fund and subsidizes registration fees for institutions that would otherwise be unable to attend.
Expanding Access Through Philanthropy
We welcome conversations with foundations and organizations focused on workforce readiness, educational equity, and institutional transformation. If your organization is interested in supporting the fund, contact us at info@aiconvergence.ai.
