Pre-Event Reflection

Arrive ready to engage. Spend a few minutes with your implementation partner reflecting on these prompts before the convening.

  1. What is your institution's most pressing AI challenge right now? What's keeping you up at night?
  2. Where has your institution already experimented with AI? What worked, and what didn't?
  3. If you could solve one AI-related problem by the end of the convening, what would it be?
  4. What does "success" look like for AI at your institution in the next 12 months?
  5. What question about AI in higher education do you most want answered by peers in the room?

Bring Your Thinking

You don't need to write formal answers. But do discuss these with your implementation partner before arriving. The opening sessions will draw directly on these reflections, and the leaders who get the most out of AI Convergence are those who come ready to share honestly about where they are—not just where they want to be.
